The quality of taylormade p790 irons is horrible. It hasn't even been three years and the shafts are rusting. Rust bubbles are appearing. The customer service is unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility. They leave customers helpless. In general I have had very good experiences with American brands, especially with their customer service. This is the first time I feel mistreated. They continue to spend huge amounts on marketing but neither product nor service are up to par. I do not recommend anyone to buy their material.

Ordered a club on 31/3 from club pro, still waiting, not good enough Taylormade! You are letting club pros down, will think twice before purchasing in the future.

Avoid at all costs bought a umbrella, graphite shaft snapped above the handle cost £85 hardly used it told by Taylor made customer service I abused the umbrella mistreated the item, umbrellas are throw away items just buy another one. This has stopped me buying taylormade products full stop. My advice is stay well clear.

Since ordering a new set of Taylor Made Stealth clubs it has been a complete shambles. On first using the rescues the heads fell off after between 2/3 shots. great hilarity among my friends in the European Press Golf association. Having sent them back over 3 weeks ago they still cant seem to find any glue or replacements.
Zero communication Zero customer service and a product that is not fit for purpose

One of the worst companies to deal with. New set of Stealth Irons arrived 4 weeks after order only to discover that all the shafts were 25mm too short. Send it back and now 4 weeks later still no Irons. All enquiries has the same answer "we are picking your order today", same answer 4 weeks in a row. Please note that this is only a shaft change...a job usually done in 2 hours. Pick a different brand that is serious about customer service

I would give Taylormade customer service a no star they sent the wrong driver and said they would send the right driver but they just can’t seem to do it I’m sending it back with remorse for even trying to work with Taylormade customer service they are not a professional business.

P790 6 iron snapped while playing a round of golf 12 months 2 days after purchase.
Taylormade refused to repair under warranty.
Their customer service is useless not replying to emails.
At present had to pay for repair but am pursuing court action against them.
Would recommend everyone to avoid Taylormade products.

Ordered the new My Stealth driver where i was allowed to pick my own colours and choose the shaft and grip etc. Order went through however Taylormade are now saying the shaft they offered is not part of the deal. When i explained to customer liasons that i was extremeley disappointed i was met with "sorry to hear that". Come on Taylormade honour the sale. The item in question is £587.

My husband bought a set of P790 irons and within 12 months they were going rusty. These cost £1500. Customer service keep changing their mind what they will do. First take them to my pro who agreed they were substandard. Then they wanted photos of all of them which I supplied. Now they want me to return them all but can't tell me how long they will keep them. I'm going in a golf holiday in 5 weeks! Their warranty is worthless. AVOID TAYLORMADE AT ALL COSTS!!

I got measured for TM P790s in May 2021 which finally arrived in December only to discover that they were made to the wrong size and specification. Sent them back before Xmas and have been told that delivery is now no earlier than 28th March 2022. Have cancelled the order. Absolute muppets!!!
